# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • It turns a bag of frozen fries into something that tastes like you tried much harder than you did.
  • The homemade ranch is tangy and fresh, and once you make it, you will never go back to store bought.
  • Everything comes together in under 40 minutes, perfect for last minute guests or a lazy dinner that still feels indulgent.
02 -
  • Do not skip flipping the fries halfway through, or you will end up with one soggy side and one crispy side.
  • Let the ranch sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving, the flavors deepen and the dip thickens slightly.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese instead of pre shredded, it melts so much better and does not have that weird coating.
03 -
  • Do not overcrowd the baking sheet, or the fries will steam instead of crisp up.
  • Add the cheese right at the end so it melts without making the fries soggy underneath.
  • Taste your ranch before serving and adjust the salt, lemon, or garlic to your liking, it should be bold and tangy.
