# What You Need:

→ Tea

01 - 2 teaspoons hojicha loose leaf tea or 1 hojicha tea bag

→ Water

02 - 1 cup filtered water, just off the boil

# How To Make It:

01 - Bring filtered water to 194°F, just below boiling point
02 - Place hojicha tea leaves or tea bag into teapot or mug
03 - Pour hot water over the hojicha leaves or bag
04 - Let steep for 3-4 minutes, adjusting time for preferred strength
05 - Remove tea leaves or bag, strain if using loose leaf, and serve hot
