# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • It's faster than ordering takeout but tastes like you've been cooking all day.
  • The contrast between crispy salmon, creamy sauce, and fresh vegetables keeps every bite interesting.
  • Your kitchen will smell incredible, and cleanup takes almost no time.
02 -
  • Don't skip turning the salmon halfway through; the bottom needs that direct heat to crisp up properly.
  • Room-temperature rice matters more than you'd think—hot rice makes the fresh vegetables wilt and the sauce separate.
  • Make the spicy mayo right before eating so the sriracha stays vibrant and the lime doesn't oxidize.
03 -
  • If your avocado isn't perfectly ripe, slice it anyway and serve immediately—the lime juice slows browning slightly.
  • The spicy mayo is the soul of this dish; don't be timid with it, and make extra because you will want more.
